Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 12β10:30 pm. A Table For 8 3 months ago
I went and had a feast for $60 per person. Itβs $33.99 for hot pot or Korean BBQ; itβs $5 extra for both. Itβs an extra $15 for unlimited crab legs and $5.99 for a lobster tail. They have an appetizer, sauce, and dessert self-service buffet. The food for the hot pot and the Korean BBQ is ordered on a tablet from your table. They give you 2 hours for dining. We started off with hot pot; there are 8 broth bases. Hubby got Szechuan spicy, and he said that spice really hits you. I got the popular Japanese Miso, and it was tasty. For our meats, we ordered prime brisket, sliced lamb, sliced chicken, sliced ribeye, and lobster balls. Veggies were only spinach, bean sprouts and corn on the cob. We chose ramen for our noodles. At the buffet bar, we got a variety of different sauces, but my favorite was the chili garlic. It gave my ramen just enough spice. All the meat we tried was good, except for the lobster balls; I donβt like imitation lobster meat. If you get any of the seafood balls, be aware theyβre frozen, so cook first and noodles last. At that time, our crab legs, which were cooked, came out 2 per person at a time. We asked for melted butter, and they came out with some from the ba

I visited KPOT in Novi for my birthday, genuinely excited to introduce my girlfriend to the world of Korean BBQ. Since I know this place can get incredibly busy, I was relieved that we were seated immediately. Unfortunately, thatβs where the positive experience ended. The primary issue was the service, or rather, the total lack of it. When our waitress first approached us for drinks, I explicitly told her it was our first time and asked her to explain how everything worked. Instead of taking a few minutes to guide us, she just took our drink order and walked away. When she finally returned, she pointed at a few items on the menu but gave no actual instruction on the process of ordering or cooking. We were essentially left to figure everything out on our own. Itβs frustrating because the potential for a great night was there, but it was overshadowed by a server who seemed like she couldn't be bothered. She barely checked on us for refills and never once stopped by to see if we had questions about the menu or the equipment. A little bit of hospitality and a three-minute explanation would have completely changed our night. It's a shame that a birthday celebration was dampened by fe

Never had nothin like it!! Very delicious distinct flavor healthy herb soup the best you gotta get it! Unique experience with the hot pot, order what you want and cook it in your boiling or simmering soup so cool I will be brining my wife to the Florida location so she can try. Only complaint would be the young kid bringing the food out wasnβt very friendly didnβt even say anything at all when myself and others around thanked him when he dropped the hot pot/BBQ accompaniments to the guests other than that still love it here
